Prices
All prices are stated in euros ex factory Rotterdam The Netherlands and are subject to VAT and standard rates. KW Tools BV reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Packaging
The costs for packaging if not mentioned separately, are included. There are no deposits on packaging if not mentioned.
Shipping
Shipments are done without exception at the expense and risk of the buyer. Shipments are done via the most common method without liability for KW Tools BV. In case of delay, loss or damage during transport, action will have to be taken by the buyer.
Delivery
The given delivery times are estimates, whereby circumstances must be taken into account. Delay of the shipment in whatever way does not entitle the buyer to compensation. KW Tools BV reserves the right to execute the order in partial deliveries.
Payment
Payments of invoices must be made immediately. No deduction or difference will be accepted. Payment costs, interest and other further costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Ownership
The goods remain the property of KW Tools BV until the entire amount has been paid and received.
Warranty
Our products have a warranty of 12 months on production and material faults. Assessment of the guarantee can only take place after receipt of the goods (transportable) or at the place of installation (if goods are not transportable) by our service department or in cooperation with the manufacturer of the respective product.
Legal venue
All contradictions or disputes shall be subject to Dutch law.
Spare parts
Always mention the machine model and the item number as mentioned in the manual. Orders without this reference will be refused.
Engines and engine parts: Give the complete specification as described on the steel plates. Engine type and the manufacturer of the engine.
Exchange
Wrong parts may be returned at buyer’s expense. The shipping costs will be credited if the exchanged parts were clearly sent wrong by KW Tools BV or by the suppliers of KW Tools BV. The parts will be exchanged for the correct parts. No credit note will be made.
Shipping of wrong parts
Parts can be sent back after authorization and statement of the return shipment has been given. No automatic credit note will be made. This is done only after prior written authorization.
